Deep Creek has a few transportation options to choose from when it comes to large groups. Uber is available in Deep Creek, but there aren’t many Uber drivers, so you could have to wait for a ride. Booking any of these transportation services will ensure that everyone can have a great time and stick together in one vehicle. Deep Creek Shuttle
Deep Creek Shuttle provides a convenient app-based service similar to Uber for groups of 1 to 8 people, along with a party bus option that accommodates up to 14 guests. Boat Day
In summer or early fall, rent a boat for the day and cruise around the lake. Bring some rafts to float in the water off of the boat. These rafts are great for your boat day because they don’t take up a lot of space on the boat when inflated. If you are not comfortable driving the boat or want a designated boat driver, there are a few locals who offer their boat driving services. Join any of the Deep Creek Facebook groups and search “boat driver” or “boat captain” and you will get a list of names. Rent a boat from one of these locations:

Beach Day
During the summer, the beach at Deep Creek Lake State Park is a fabulous place to spend the afternoon with your girlfriends. Wisp Resort has a beach hut there where you can rent kayaks or paddle boards. There is also ice cream for sale in the beach hut. Bring beach chairs, a cooler, and some inflatable rafts to float in the lake. You can even inflate one of those Relaxation Stations and just chill in the water. A couple things to know….although the sand is soft on the beach, the water is rocky. Water shoes or crocs are helpful if you plan to get in the water. Honi-Honi Bar
A girls weekend to Deep Creek Lake wouldn’t be complete without a trip to the Honi-Honi! There are several bachelorette parties at the Honi-Honi on any given night. The Honi-Honi Bar is a lakefront bar located right next to Uno’s Restaurant. In the summer it is a mostly outside bar, with bands playing all day on the weekends and every night during the week out on the patio stage. There is a big grassy area with corn hole and tiki bars on the patio overlooking the lake. During the colder months, the Honi-Honi has a fire pit on the patio and bands inside the bar. Black Bear Tavern
The Black Bear Tavern is actually two bars in one. One side of Black Bear is a sports bar that has live music. The other side is a dance club with a DJ and sometimes even a mechanical bull! Click here for Black Bear Tavern’s website.

Firewater Kitchen & Bar
Firewater Kitchen & Bar is a lakefront bar & restaurant that has delicious craft cocktails. The patio is lined with a long gas fireplace overlooking the lake, and in the summer there is live music under the patio pavilion. Firewater Kitchen & Bar has it all–amazing cocktails, delicious food and fabulous lakefront views and ambience. Pawn Run has also has delicious craft cocktails and food! Dutch’s at Silver Tree is also great for a girls weekend, just keep in mind it is the most expensive restaurant in Deep Creek.
